In 1998, British Performance came to be by our owner, Darren Nicholson. Before its birth, Darren spent seven years expanding his automotive industry knowledge and received apprenticeship skills and factory training in reward for it. He earned certification from Jaguar and Land Rover Certified Tech Guild, which turned him into a Jaguar and Land Rover Master Technician. When he started British Performance, he did so with the mindset to raise the bar on the level of service that Jaguar and Land Rover vehicle drivers received at dealerships. Darren noticed that customer needs and wants were misunderstood, and that is where British Performance has continuously stepped in to fill that void for the past 28 years!

We are looking for a General Repair Technician with at least five years of experience. 

The General Repair Technician should be highly skilled in automotive repair with versatility in servicing different vehicles. With excellent problem-solving abilities, the ideal technician will work well in a team-oriented environment but also be able to work individually.

As a General Repair Technician, you will perform repairs, routine maintenance, and diagnostic tests. In this role, you must have excellent communication skills to properly communicate with team members and customers about vehicle problems and troubleshooting performances. 

Position: General Repair Technician – Full Time (30-40hrs/week)

Pay Scale: $60,000-$80,000/year

Benefits:

Hours: 8 am – 5 pm | Monday – Friday 

Preferred qualifications:  Must have own tools and at least five years of experience.
