Came in to my appointment on 12-6-2023 and was pleasantly greeted by Alexandra the receptionist. I came in to have the spare key to my 2000 Jaguar S-Type 4.0 programed. Service was prompt & well done. Price was reasonable. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience. Definitely recommend, as they are knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Quality service. Looking forward to continued patronage.

Brought our 32 ft RV in to get serviced last month. Excellent work on service and repairs. They noticed the frame on the house was damaged, when I asked them to look into a loud creaky sound I'd hear while driving. My RV is driving beautifully now! Thankful for their excellent work!! Highly recommend.

These guys know Jaguars. I was considering buying an 06 Jaguar XKR. Had it brought in for a pre sale inspection. They did a very complete inspection, found many problems and gave me a detailed report. I told the seller no based on that report. Thanks guys for saving me from buying a car that was a real lemon. Chad was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and answered all of my questions clearly. Highly recommend these guys for any Jaguar repairs. Great shop.

I bought my used Jaguar XJ a month ago, and it had at least three error codes show up immediately. My mind was racing thinking I somehow bought a lemon. Jeff sat in my car and ran some diagnostics for ~30 minutes and charged me nothing. He suggested to do some cheap things first, reset my codes, and then take it from there. I’m happy to say the issue was minor and the codes are now gone.

They also did my oil/filter change quickly and reasonably. I asked him to check my brakes as they were a little squeaky and not perfectly smooth. He said they still had plenty of life on them and that he wouldn’t recommend their replacement.

I really like that they were not trying to upsell me on every little thing to make a buck. They are not alarmists that try to get you to replace everything every year or two. They really try to provide value to their customers. This makes me feel more confident in my choice to use them as my repair shop.

We took our Chinook motorhome for a propane leak issue. It's right here in Mission Viejo, which makes it convenient to where we live. We've brought the RV here for other repairs as well. Really nice folks!

BPI services my 15 year old Lazy Daze RV and truthfully, if it wasn’t for BPI, I wouldn’t be able to keep her safely going down the road. They service both my Ford engine and all the components of an RV from AC, levelers, backup camera, refrigerator, all electrical issues, and everything else. Each time i take my rig to be serviced I am pleased with the work that is done quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this business.

I was looking for an alternative to the price gouging Newport Beach Land Rover (not to mention they had my car 3 days just to diagnose) and came across BP. I have always been a fan of jaguars and their classic look. I recently purchased a 2007 XK with very low mileage. I was thrilled to find that year with less than 15K miles but was also concerned that I would need a great mechanic who would certify its fitness and take care of any repairs that were required. A friend recommended British Performance and they evaluated the car prior to purchase and have since serviced the car for ongoing maintenance. Their prices are fair, the service id of high quality and their overall attention to detail in finding both quality and cost effective solutions is valued. Great place to bring your new or classic JAG.

BPI worked to find parts for an older system, which is appreciated. Another shop recommended extensive brake work, but BPI honestly told me that the brakes were in good shape and needed no servicing. BPI recommended a practical work-around for a leaking water system, rather than trying to pitch an expensive fix. They also did a fit-for-purpose fix on the water heater....they could've tried to get more extensive/expensive (but unneeded) repairs authorized. They seem to be a little heavy on the labor hours charged, but that may be indicative of thoroughness, I suppose. I will use them again for future motorhome repairs.

What a great shop and people also. My very old 1989 warrior RV needed tender living care and just about everything else too! And got exactly that. On budget on time very professional and the only people ill let work on my vehicles from now on. Its good to find trustworthy people these days. Thanks again Guys & Girls

I brought my Brand new Jeep in to have a towing Supplemental Brake system installed. It required a lot of work on the Vehicle as well as my motorhome. The Quality of the repairs was very professional and I could tell the Technicians new what they were doing. If you have a Motorhome and or a Tow Vehicle that needs work this is definitely where I would bring it.

A friend (who owned a local garage for 30 years and knows which mechanics are trustworthy) recommended I bring my car to British Performance when the dealership I bought it from tried to charge me almost $30,000 to put in a new transmission. I'm not a mechanic, but I know a transmission doesn't cost $30,000. The team at British Performance were able to replace my car's transmission for $6,500, which was a great price. British Performance not only saved me a ton of money, they were really honest and told me not to repair my cars eco-boost even though that would have made them more money. Most mechanics seem to try and take advantage of people, but Jeff and the team at British Performance were really honest and I'd highly recommend them.

This is an RV repair shop that is honest with fair pricing. All work is listed with time and work completed. They do not gouge you. I appreciated that the RV specialist who actually does the work, Miguel, came out, viewed the RV with me, discussed the issues and what could be done. He suggested solutions to problems he found and future maintenance issues. Much better than the last place I went to that didn't do all the work that I paid for. It's easy to rip off the customer when they don't know much about the workings. Also thanks to Chad for his patience and help. This will be my go to place for my RV.

My inverter wasn't working in my ice cream catering truck, Miguel knew how important it was for me to get the power up and running ASAP in the truck. He found the problem and fixed it within the hour. Now I don't have to cancel any bday parties and have any disappointed kids.

We have a 2020 Airstream Interstate 19. Basically a converted Mercedes van. We put a dent on the roof a few months ago and the majority of the interior needed to be removed and re-assembled for the body shop to do their work. We had a lot of anxiety over the disassembly process and didn't know if our brand new van was ever going to be the same. I'm happy to say the British Performance did a phenomenal job and put it back together even better than from the factory. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend.

I had my 2006 attitude service there they repack my wheels they fixed my Generac generator that nobody else wanted to touch and they fixed my awning also great work great people great price and very fast took the time to look at a couple other things that I didn't mention to them that they just happen to say and did what they had to do either fixing them or telling me about it I will take my toy hauler here for the rest of my life and they do such good work on this I may even consider moving my cars over there to them

I had been dealing with my range rover for three months with something electrical draining the battery. I went through three new batteries and still no one could find the problem. I finally took it to one of the Land Rover dealerships in orange county and they said it would be $3000 which I could not afford. It was suggested to me by another mechanic of mine to take it to British performance. I called and got in immediately and Chad who was so wonderful and patient and kind and professional took the car in the same day. They ran a diagnostic on it which was the third diagnostic test from different mechanics and found that the problem was indeed the alternator which Land Rover dealership had finally stated that it was. He ordered the part the same day and said it would be in the next day. By the third day first thing in the morning my car was finished and running beautifully. And the best part is that it was only half of the $3000 including tax out the door. Now to some people that may still seem expensive but on these cars with all the sensitivity and 21 to 22 computers not just anyone can work on these cars and know what they are truly doing. They have great mechanics that really know their stuff and I trust them impeccably. I hope I don't have to see them again LOL but if I do I know that my car will be completely taken care of. Plus I love the fact that they have a huge indoor area to keep the cars overnight as I don't like my car being parked or stored outside. Thanks again Chad and Julie you guys are great And thank you to the wonderful mechanics who worked on my car. Plus one last word. They made me feel like I was the only one and were not hopping and skipping to everyone else at the same time, they make you feel important and like they really really care which is very important in customer service

BPI rv service was the only shop that had the experienced techs that could complete alignment, repairs & adjustments on the drive shaft assembly.

They worked well & in a timely manner with the manufacturer to complete the required repairs.

Everyone at BPI were very accommodating, easy to communicate with & friendly!

If we need any further repairs or maintenance services, BPI is the service shop we will take it too!

The crew at British Performance was terrific! They were very professional communicated with me well. I brought my RV in for a wiring issue and the crew at BPI was able to diagnose the problem and repair it better than came from the factory.

Quick to schedule and get your RV un for service and right on it with the correct parts. Courteous staff and ready when promised. I don't take my RV any where else and I have a 35' Class A Gas.
